Indoor plants by window

Missi (4b IA)

We moved to a new building at work, and my new office has a full wall of windows. The windows face East. I want to have a couple plants on the window sill. I can grow plants all day long outside-but inside..not so much. I thought succulents, since I‘m told they’re so easy, but wondered if they’d get fried to a crisp by so much sun thru those magnifying glass windows.

Hostas are my *absolute* favorite..Any ideas on what to try in the window? Are there any mini hostas that could stand it? Or anything else easy to take care of and cute?
