You probably will be better served by re-posting your question on the Decoration forum. Most issues on this one are technical in nature. That aside, I've linked photos of our basement. It is a standard basement with only small windows. But, we have good artificial lighting. The general wall/ceiling color is white but we have used color to accent different areas within a great-room concept. We're comfortable with the colors and look. Hope this helps. Hi there! I used Arctic Stone in our newly finished basement. It was actually a color I found at Walmart (I think it was a glidden paint chip from there) of all places, while picking up blue painters tape! I took it to SW and they matched it perfectly! I don't have pics at the moment, as we are still moving furniture into the space, but I hope it helps. For me, it was the right amount of color, without looking like a baby nursery.It may be lighter than what you were looking for, based on the colors you mentioned, but I thought I'd put it out there anyhow. I narrowed it down (with your help) to Cancun Sand, Raffia Cream, Cozy Cottage. I made my husband pick----------and he chose Cozy Cottage. (Raffia Cream was quite similar to Cozy Cottage- and Cancun Sand though very nice was a tad too yellow). I love blue of all sorts, but that' s me personally and our basement is a true basement - underground and no windows to shed light much less walk out. (Palladian Blue sounds heavenly) So it's Cozy Cottage!! Thank you- you have no idea how helpful you are. as I said, I can usually drag a decision such as this into weeks if not months and here it's done and settled in a matter of hours.

First improve the lighting From that electrical you have in the ceiling you could run probably at least 10 LEDs in 4” pots all ove rht eceiling get them in $000k range then worry about wall color.
