Please Help! Two toned kitchen cabinets and counter dilemma

My husband and I just started a major home renovation. I am stuck on the cabinet paint and counter top colors for the kitchen. The kitchen has 10ft ceilings. There will be a 48 in range and 52" range hood cover. Here is what I was thinking.

1. White uppers, blue lowers, blue island, white sink cabinet area
OR
2. (what I don't really care for) All white with blue island.

Now for the countertops:

1. Silestone Calcatta gold or Calcatta Borghini (white quartz with light gray veining) throughout
OR
2. Quartz with gray veining only on the island and white quartz on the 2 other countertops

Backsplash: Solid slab carrera looking

What option combination do you think would look best? All opinions welcome. Thanks!
(pics below show the flooring, a drawing of the proposed new cabinetry layout; I edited the second to last picture to show option 1)

Option 1 would basically look like the last picture with white cabinetry to the left of the blue island.
