Quartz Countertop for Warmer (Off-White/Light Beige) Kitchens

Hi -

I posted once about this earlier with limited success, so I'm hoping this attempt might end up being a bit more productive.

I prefer warmer/off-white kitchens and am unsure of which countertop to choose to go with my tile. I searched for both countertops and tile in parallel, and I had an exceptionally difficult time finding flooring that served my purposes. I didn't want wood floors (long story, but suffice it to say that wood doesn't work for us) and didn't want gray tile (not a gray person and most of the rest of my house is off-white/beige anyway). I was able to find a tile that I liked (floete imperial - photo attached), but I am still unsure of which quartz countertop to go with. I am looking for something that is not too busy, but that has some movement (not pure white). I am considering the Pental Quartz Lattice, but I am not sure whether if the veining is too gray for the tile. Does anyone have any experience with that countertop? Do you have any other suggestions for countertops that work with beige but that are not too busy or bold? I am looking for a very neutral, simple kitchen. The cabinets are a dove white and the backsplash will likely be white, as well.

Any suggestions/feedback would be so helpful.

Thank you in advance!
