we're renovating/redesigning our kitchen and I need HELP with design!!

We have an older house (1970s) and we want to expand and redesign our current kitchen to make it more of a modern/farmhouse look. We have another room we would like to expand into by removing a wall, and we would need to move our range/oven microwave elsewhere. We had the idea to move the fridge to where the pantry is on the opposite wall so it can be built in, and then we'd put a large pantry cabinet where the fridge is now. But we cannot tear into the wall to the left of the fridge because it's load bearing. So we can only have a cabinet above the built-in fridge. We're removing soffits and putting gray shaker-style cabinets to the ceiling, new backsplash and countertops, the works. The window and sink will stay in the same location but we'd like to replace the sink. We also may put double ovens built into cabinets in the closet between the hallway and the other room with the paneling. The range will have a large vent hood instead of a microwave above it and we're still trying to decide where the microwave will go. The range hood has to stay along the sink wall near where the walls meet now because of where the ventilation is. The piano will probably be flat against the wall to the right of the French doors but other than that, there won't be anything in that room except we plan to put some wall cabinets on the long wall adjacent to the double oven wall. I'm sorry this is soooooo long. Also, the island will be larger and have seating for 4 on one side and probably gray/white quartz countertop. Storage on the other side. I need someone who can give me feedback, suggestions, other ideas for layout, etc. I'm no good at this. TIA.
