I am blocking for my cabinets and I realized I screwed up big time. My electrical is all cut in and crimped. inspection is don't. I was blocking in preparation for drywall and I discovered that I ran the wiring in my 2x4 walls pretty much right where I need to screw my cabinets in. One wall was easy and I've already fixed it. This wall would be a ton of work.
Should I pull the blocking, insulation, wiring and redo it at another elevation or move foward with an alternative plan for screwing. my cabinets are plywood with picture frame back. There are three cabinets effected. A 30" sink base, a 24" drawer base, and and a 18" regular base.
the blue line is the wire Location. The black line is the planned top of base cabinet.
