We are having a home built and we originally selected an elevation with stone veneer but now we are are sure we want brick. I just can’t get with the amount of stone and I’m worried it will look fake. The builder originally said no to the request but has now come back and said that they will make the change but we have to pay the current sale price ($18,000 more than our original price). Due to re-permitting, this may also push their completion day out a couple of months. Is this worth it? Attached are pics of both elevations. We will not have dormers on our roof and will have different colors. Thanks!
