Those are her feet in dedtireds photo. Look at the woman in the red top ( on the right) You can see it that the soles of her feet are touching with her toes downward.

“Insensately” isn’t actually a word, but “insensate” means “without physical sensation“, so washing one’s hands insensately (as the meme says) doesn’t make sense. But washing “incessantly“ does make sense. I don’t see “aggressive“ as a synonym for “insensate”.

Washing hands nonstop makes sense, thus incessantly.

Washing hands without any sensations doesn't make sense.

Aggressively isn't a synonym as one can wash ones hands nonstop but gently.
