Would a Murphy Door add value? (Historic Home. Bedroom w/o a closet)

Hello everyone. I recently purchased a 3 bedroom 2 bath historic wood frame home (Brownstone style, 1860s build) in which the third bedroom does not have a closet and is a very modest size (8x9). While modern standards dictate in most places that a bedroom must have a closet, this home gets "grandfathered" because of when it was built and the property card reflects this. It of course has a radiator, and two means of egress. It's just small!

I was wondering if adding a Murphy Closet Door to the entrance of this tiny room (so replacing original door with a Murphy door of the same size) would be a valuable addition to the room should I want to sell down the line. The other rooms have decent sized reach-in closets that can easily be converted into "modern closets" with reach-in closet systems.

Attached is a picture of the floor plan along with Murphy Door examples. I'm figuring this custom Murphy Door could have a hanger for clothes, a custom shoe rack and then drawers on the bottom.

Thanks in advance for any feedback!
