Try going much darker paint on the siding and garage doors. Similar to the front door. (Beautiful door btw) Shutters either painted black or the dark stained cedar is quite popular. Add 3 new exterior fixtures at minimum 30” in a black iron modern style. Use false garage door hardware in the same finish. I would also beef up the columns. You have great curb appeal! Maybe the brick looks like two different colors because the garage is in full sunlight and the other end of the house is in shade. As everyone has said, that light blue just doesn't do anything for the house, & all those shutters might be making the front too busy. You might remove the shutters, since you'll have to remove them if you paint them anyway, and paint the blue wall a medium neutral color. Wait a day or so, then take a walk, & come back to see the house from a fresh perspective. If it looks bare, then you can put t the shutters back up LOL.

I think I’m jumping the gun on curtains. I need help as you can tell. Ok so I’ll back off on curtains. We need to seat 6 people. We have young children need a lounge are and more comfortable space. I’m open to anything. there is so much gray and I know its because the house is so bare and it’s stressful for me. This room is connected to another room with carpet. I’ll send a picture of the adjacent room. I’ll also get you a better scale photo. Note that the adjacent room needs help too.

That's a nice built in bookcase. Don't paint it just yet- but for sure clean it up and declutter it. Part of the reason it's driving you nuts is that you have been collecting junk instead of being organized, and it shows. Once it's cleaned up- plan on a couple of those sections being dedicated to guest goodies- towels, toiletries, ect. You don't need to replace the floor just yet either- but yes, a nice big rug will help that floor out a lot. Are you planning on keeping the desk area in there too, or is that being moved out? If you are keeping the office stuff, then a nice convertible couch/sleeper sofa will probably work better than a regular bed or a daybed. If you want that room to serve for changing, then you will need to do something waterproof for the floor- take out the office stuff and a more casual daybed scenario might be best. If you have guests sleep over on the regular, then do consider making that a fully dedicated bedroom space with a real bed- no changing room or office action if you go this route.
