Yellowing Aglaonema Leaves

I got a Siam Aglaonema in August. I placed it a couple feet away from a north facing window, and haven’t reported it yet. Recently, leaves have started to fade and yellow. It still has new growth coming in, but the leaves are yellowing pretty quickly, so I’m a bit worried. I’m not sure if this is a watering problem, or if it’s something with the soil? There are some white dots on the soil, but I’m not sure if that’s just normal soil or fungus...

Thanks!

Olivia
