Comments (46)I do like the Murry Kellum version of Long Tall Texan, but I had never heard it or of it before, and I was living in 1963 when it was released. It sounds much more like the Trashmen's version than it does like the Beach Boys' version, which I've never liked at all. I think the Trashmen did a good remake - the Beach Boys did not.
