Just one side note, it was mostly DIY- all of the plumbing and tub installation was done by a plumber. And the plaster walls were resurfaced by a professional. They were pretty bad after removing the tile. And my husband wanted plaster not Sheetrock.

Thanks so much. I had an L couch configuration before and it worked well for tv and being social (in larger groups), but Melle_sacto you’re right. Both photos are of the space staged. The L sofa configuration closes of the space a bit so we opted to make the love seat a “reading” area. This is great of you have kids btw. Also helpful is the tv is on a mount that you can swivel out and angle... so you can see if from all seating points.

dmac1108 Thanks! are you doing a DIY reno as well? We had alot of fun with this one. I did the design for our entire house, have done some home staging, done a little design here and there for others. Its my thing lol shajohn Thats actually an antique exterior door we took off an old porch that the previous owner had stuck onto this house. We sanded and stained it back to life and then installed it inside. I ordered the decal and installed it.
