What hardwood or engineered hardwood product best for concrete slab?

What kind of wood floor or engineered wood can I use with concrete slab and what kind of slab prep/moisture barrier do I need to apply or install?

    A concrete slab will ONLY allow an engineered hardwood product, you can not use a pre finished hardwood. They are different. There are 8 million. Go shopping, look for a quality wear layer, and get a professional install, appropriate prep to the substrate.
