Are you making any Christmas gifts this year?
Comments (42)I was just thinking of kitchen gifts. I am doing some sewing for a couple of gifts -- a phone wallet as a gift card/cash holder, a tech bag, possibly a couple of other bags. I think I'm going to make a new lanyard for my son's work ID. He had a school specific one before, but had a pretty plain one when I saw it yesterday. And I will probably be making a couple pair of PJ pants -- special fabric and extra length. Allison, I have ordered from Bouqs also. I have sent some gifts and got a couple here, including the ranunculus. I really enjoyed those and they lasted longer than I expected. I have not made full use of the other discounts though....See MoreNeed a Christmas gift for a young plant enthusiast?

Comments (27)This thread has been so helpful, thanks all! It led me to look for a dollhouse for my great-niece. In a strange turn of events, though, I found two houses that *I* want … as in, to actually live in. The first house I found has a working elevator, party patio, hot tub, potting shed, and third story telescope room. Party patio with lights: Built-in potting shed … heaven: Hot tub … I’ll get different towels: Thank goodness she checked with Design Dilemma first and didn’t make the fatal decision to put a mirror over the mantel: It really works? Look at that tile! The one above will be my city home. Here’s my country home: Get away from my house, kid! BUILT-IN STABLES HELLO … This stove is nicer than mine: Anyway, thanks to this thread, I will be moving into my dream homes after Christmas. I also found this for her, but again, might keep it for myself: (They have other animals, too.)...See MoreThe Annual Christmas Gift Ideas thread
Comments (95)Not sure what style you are looking for but here are a few not too far over your budget .. $29 and $39 left to right (Nordstrom). In a slightly higher price range (sharing in case someone else is looking), I got the one below for my nephew-- he specifically asked for another from the designer who made the one I gave him last year. I was really pleased with both of them. They were both about $75. This year's last year's (also available at Sundance-- and i think they still have 30% off everything?)...See MoreTara
