The washer hookup in one of our rental properties was leaking, and our contractor referred a plumber who did the following work. Am I being charged a fair price?

-remove and replace old washer drain pipe

-remove wet, water-damaged drywall

-remove/cap abandoned gas line to reposition new drain pipe in the correct place within the wall

-spray surfaces and interior of wall with ammonia to prevent mold

-remove and replace broken hot/cold water line valves

-remove and replace damaged wire mesh around the drain opening

-seal the edges of the drain opening with foam to prevent pests from entering the home

Plumbing labor: $600

Plumbing materials: $200

I was quoted another $250 to replace the drywall in a week when everything had dried out. Are these prices fair?
