I think that the accent wall could be either. Since you said that the room doesn’t get much light, I would stay away from painting dark colors on the larger walls. The dark colors will make the room feel significantly smaller. The wall with the large window would look nice as an accent wall. Is it recessed on both sides? I can’t see the rest of it to the right. Another option is painting the wall behind the headboard of the bed as the accent wall. This would look nice and make the room feel clean cut and cozy at the same time. Good luck!

I don’t think the room needs two pinks. If you are going with that anyways maybe do a shade lighter instead of the darker one.

Aside from all that if your just sticking to plan I’d paint the smallest space the dark color. Don’t overdo it if the room has low light coming in. I love the sound of this space and am imagining fairy lights and furs. Canopies and ballerinas!! Sounds dreamy

I also think painting the entire room all one color including the ceiling will give it the sophisticated look your after without to much color and darkness. Just another idea

They are pretty pinks but you may find it easier to mix in other pinks in accessories, bedding, etc if you stay to one pink on all the walls. I think if you do a wonderful window treatment it will make more of a statement than an accent wall color.

If you paint the walls pink, use the darker one opposite the windows and the lighter one everywhere else. Put the chest under the little window, and move the bed enough to slip the nightstand into the corner on the opposite side from where it is now. This will allow for two lamps, one on the chest and one on the nightstand, to light up the two sides of the bed. Since you didn't buy pink bedding first, you'll want to keep all of that white, using a few pillows and a throw if you can find a pink match to pull the color onto the bed.

Buy the bedding first, then choose the paint. Unless you're planning to have no pink in the bedding.

Thank you all for the suggestions! I am going to paint the wall opposite to window in the darker of the two shades and rest in light. We are completely renovating. I purchased new bedding that will go well with the paints that were picked.
