The "magazine size" says 15 quart- 15.25 x 12 x 6.25 the specific ones I have; I think I got from Lowes. There is also a taller version & another that's a little wider. Go to Walmart & Target & Lowes; see what they have & make note of prices & sizes. Then figure out how many you need. I already had my fabric in the huge ones- of course I don't see tags on those; it's smaller then what I store bedding in which is 176 quart. I put all off season bedding in them. Then I have 58 quart for clothes; they're usually $5 at Walmart- Walmart also has one that's a few inches taller that I use for daughters hoodies. Another useful cardboard box cost me about $10; it's heavier then the normal moving boxes & it's huge- probably 3ft high by 18 inches square. Those hold a lot if you don't want to buy plastic bins. I bought those from a local moving company. I always store stuff in bins- Christmas; clothes; bedding; so it was worth it to me to buy them anyway because it's something I'll use. Same with the magazine sized one; I store all my old catalogs & magazines I want to save. I also keep painting supplies in the magazine sized one; great for brushes & rollers (not full sized roller handles). There are a million uses for them after you're done moving.

They cut the cooktop hole in my granite on site and sfter the countertops had been set. My granite is a very fragile one with lots of fissures and veining and doing this was safer (to prevent breakage). They did, however, go to a lot of extremes to keep the dust outside. They had a shop vac hooked up to a large blower. The blower sat on the porch, blowing all the dust away from the house. As one guy cut, the other guy stood there sucking up all the dust and blowing it out. There was very minimal dust, and it was mostly confined to the cooktop cabinet. I did tape the draw glides in that cabinet but not any of the others.

@dan1888. I'm not removing the sink or DIY. A contractor will be in the house for a bath project and I'm hoping to replace this sink at the same time. The current sink is 19-1/4" wide and undersized for the sink base which is 30" wide. Dumb decision I made originally. I see two options: 1. Cut back the large piece of granite by 5-1/2 inches and install the new sink of same or larger size undermounted in a new granite cut out. 2. See if a granite drop in sink of the same size can be used in the existing cut out (easier obviously). That may present issues with the deck -- unclear. I expect there is a third option which is to completely replace the counter but it is an AB granite counter and I'd prefer to alter and keep it. Question is which is easiest for a contractor to do, or if it's simply easier to call back the granite fabricators who installed the sink originally and ask them to make the change out.

I took a call from a general contractor who, going on his fourth sintered replacement after having followed all manufacturer's instructions, is having his reputation crushed. The lady won't let him back. It got so bad I gave him the name of the lab I use for forensic testing. He's 33K in the red on this one and so far no way to stop the bleeding. "Do you have any tips or suggestions on how it is best fabricated and installed?" Unfortunately not, however, at Corian school we were taught to "break the edges" (sand raw cuts) to eliminate stress risers which are microscopic chips which birth cracks. Perhaps sintered fabricators should pilfer from the solid surface playbook. It will add to the labor a bit, but it could be the key. Part of the problem may be one of approach. Tile guys like to stick stuff rigidly. I like to let wall claddings "float" either mechanically or with silicone to accommodate movement. I don't usually go against manufacturer's instructions, but I dang sure would have before I dug myself a $33,000.00 hole.
