Kitchen is only 13' wide--nothing but a shallow stud-bay pantry will fit on the bottom wall between DR and entry, if an island with seating is used. 156" - 25" (base cabinets) - 42" aisle - 42" island with seating - 44" (minimum) aisle = 3". I switched the pantry and dish hutch, but that means the dish hutch is on the other side of the range from the DW. We don't know where groceries come into the house--if from the back door, the pantry is convenient just inside. The island could move over toward the short wall, then fridge and a shallow counter for landing could go between the DR and entry doors. That could be a snack center, with a MW on a shelf:

Is there a door on the 8'3" wall? It says "Entry/Foyer" but all I see is a garage door, no front door. I assume you have access to the space. If so, please go in and measure the walls, doors/doorways, and windows so we have a fully-measured layout of the space. (Include the trim in door/doorway & windows.) Can interior walls be removed or modified? Can doors/doorways be moved/added/removed/modified? What is your family makeup -- # adults, # children (age range)? Why do you think the space is too small for a hutch? I had one that was 48" in my last kitchen and really liked it. I think a hutch in that space would be very useful. You didn't ask but it's Houzz so I'll share my opinion anyway. :) For me, the island is disproportionately large for the space. I think it would look and function better if it were not so deep. Four feet between the island and dining table is very tight.

are any dimensions provided...what is the area beyond the table. I think if this were mine and long term this remains the only seating venue I would do the one wall and island and butt a table up to the island. Island holds the sink and back wall gets fridge and range. I think the island seals off the kitchen a bit...and you can do different things w building a bench on the back of island etc. You want more or as much as you can squeeze out for a nice table /seating situation. second picture is perhaps a banquette built onto one of the side walls...with or without the corner style bench. You have a pretty long back wall which without the diagonal corners will provide you with most of what you need and then the island is a big bonus what it does aesthetically along with task .
