Remodel guest bath, repurpose into home office, or something else?

Would it make more sense to repurpose a guest bath, into home office? The house is originally a 2 bedroom home with 2 baths. In the mean time a bath has been installed in the basement, walk-out door, 36"x36" window, hookup for bar sink in 4"x5" corner.

The bedroom on the 2nd floor is a "home office" for one of the kids, the lobby is a home office for the other kid, the living room is a home office for my wife and the 4"x5" corner in the basement is my home office.

3 baths, 1 on each floor seems like a lot. It is nice to have a guest bath on the 1st floor ... but, is that the best use of the space? We are probably OK with or without the guest bath, but we will eventually sell the home someday. So continue with remodel of the guest bath or repurpose into something else?

Current Floor Plan

2nd floor: has 1 bath with a tub.

1st floor: has 1 bath with a corner shower. It is believed the bath was not part of the original home design and was put in some time later.

The basement is finished, has 1 bath with a walk-in curb-less shower. Its an in-law suite per se with a walk-out door and a 36x36 window. The 4x5 ft corner next to the bath is used as home office.

Plans of the new bath on 1st floor

The shower stall, toilet, vanity have all been demolished/removed.

New shower planned to be all-glass enclosure (neo-angle or 2 sides). The old shower was a fiberglass shower stall with 1 opening for a glass door.
