I'm replacing my outdoor post gas lantern with an electric lantern. I know that I've seen an electric fixture that has two chandelier base bulbs pointing downward, looking very similar to the light from the gas fixture, but I can't find it online. Any ideas, please? Hi Jim, here you go: Cut squash into 1/2 inch thick slices (leave the skin on) 1/3 cup flour 1 egg, lightly beaten Salt Vegetable oil to fry Sprinkle salt on both sides of squash slices. Dredge lightly in the flour. Coat with egg. Fry until very light golden on both sides. Dip into plain soy, ponzu, soy mixed with a bit of vinegar, soy mixed with some chopped scallions, your own soy concoction, etc. This recipe will not be good using typical zucchini, in my opinion. Here's another favorite preparation of the squash: Korean squash pancake and this is what the Korean, zucchini-like squash looks like: Ho-bak As these types of squashes go, it's pretty good. These summer-types tend to be too watery, bland for me. I prefer the winter squashes (butternut, acorn).

I think it looks pretty but if it does not fit into your budget then you should probably look at some other alternatives. Home improvement is something to invest on but it shouldn't have to cripple your cash flow.

I am no design expert, but I don't think that chandelier has any of those characteristics you listed. :-( I personally would wait until you have your kitchen installed before purchasing the lighting. You may or may not end up with an exact replica of your inspiration kitchen. I think lighting should be one of the last decisions, not the first.
