Which navy for cabinets under a Cambria Portrush kitchen island?
Comments (2)I have been on the navy hunt the past two weeks for a master bathroom vanity replacement. I would go deeper with the navy color than Salty Dog. The "blue" veining in Portrush is a deep almost dark charcoal color and is most showcased by a deeper navy. Good luck with this. I have been looking for whites and it has been a journey. I didn't like White Snow that Cambria's actual website recommended....See MoreChoosing between Cambria Portrush or Brittanica
Comments (2)the builder has Cambria and Silestone Quartz. I like Queensbury from Cambria too, not as dramatic as the Brittanica. the Silestone Eternal Calacatta gold was pretty but looked a little fabricated....See MoreCambria Lakedale Quartz Pictures?
Comments (86)For anyone still considering Cambria Lakedale, we just had ours installed and I love it. We chose a matte finish which is a much softer look. Our fabricators, Wave Granite and Marble, were easy to work with and allowed us a lot of input on the design layout. The installers were careful and precise, and even moved a large piece of quartz which had already been mounted, because we thought it needed to be adjusted. All in all, they did a fantastic job, and I couldn't be happier with their work. I wanted to wait until our cabinets were painted (TruCustom Cabinets, also great) to post pictures, because the black really makes the color in the quartz stand out. The pictures still don't do justice, though. Anyway, hope this helps anyone considering this design....See MoreHas anyone installed/considered installing Cambria's Bellwater quartz?
Comments (24)Debbie, I initially was going to go with the white cabinets and Bellwater as I thought the quartz color made the white pop. I already have Cambria Brittanicca with white cabinets in our laundry room and wouldn't do it again as there isn't enough of a contrast and the whites are different. So I've gone full circle and I think we're going with Shiloh Sterling poplar cabinets (a gray) and we're going with Cambria Everleigh countertops. That's unless I change my mind before we actually order them. Pic Attached. That is our wall color (Worldly Gray) and floor tile (Hollywood Taupe). Looks like some pink in this pic of the countertop, but there is none....See Moremxk3 z5b_MI
