Remodeling small bathroom to add shower while trying to keep terrazzo

We are buying an old ranch style FL house near the beach that is 1360 sq ft including a sunroom. There are 3 small bedrooms and 1.5 tiny bathrooms. Ideally we can gain space from the former laundry room to add a shower to the master bathroom as well as rearrange some closet space. We hope to keep the original terrazzo floor with minimal damage so need a plan with the least amount of wall/ plumbing changes. We have tried various layouts but you all have such good ideas and input we hoped you could offer something we hadn’t thought of. I’m including a partial floor plan showing the space. It has 1/2 bath drawn to show how it was originally. The laundry will go back into carport leaving us the room we need for remodel. The second plan I’m including is one of the ideas we had. The shower is adequate size but if we leave the vent stack it makes the entrance to shower and space between toilet a bit tighter. We might be able to tie into a different nearby stack so we can possibly remove that wall. We wish we could have a larger vanity too but can’t see a way without losing the master closet. The terrazzo would be torn up to add shower drain but damage will be under shower. We turned the toilet in this plan to get more space in front of toilet and we hope to come up with an alternative floor covering for damaged areas (like mosaic tile) that complements the terrazzo and looks somewhat intentional. This plan also gives us some added storage with a hall closet. Additionally we plan to use the tiny linen closet plus the 8’ closet from one bedroom to make two closets for bedrooms #1 &#2 on left. House will mostly be used as vacation rental so closet space doesn’t need to be huge and this lets us better use 6.5’ x 2’ of former closet space in bedroom #1. See the pictures of the current space. Hurricane Michael flooded the house so sheet rock was removed above water line.

The tiny guest bath abuts the master bath and sports an aqua tub. We are trying to keep the budget down so thought we may leave that bathroom layout as is for now and clean up the retro tub. However, we know it will probably be easier to redo things now than later. Should we rip all of it out and reconfigure everything? This means losing terrazzo in the bathrooms. I have seen terrazzo tiles that we could put in as replacement. Thoughts, ideas or suggestions appreciated.
