Do Someone can refer me an engineer

I’m remodeling my new apartment, I have pretty much all plans to be submitted to the city but I need an engineer to be signed the plans and have their last revision.

the apartment is located in Miami Beach, FL.

In Michigan, an architect or engineer "shall not seal a plan, drawing, map, plat, report, specification, or other document that is not prepared by the licensee or under the supervision of the licensee as the person in responsible charge."

Chances are the professional(s) you choose will be aware of your State's requirements.

Kohler 12 050 01 oil filter substitutes: Fram PH3614, Supertech ST3614, Motorcraft FL-910-S, Purolator L10241. These have essentially the same size rubber gasket, same diameter body, same height, and have the same 3/4-16 thread. The 12 050 01 filter is used on 18hp Kohler Courage SV471-SV601 & SV541 and others. The Fram PH3614 is also used on 2003 Toyota Tacoma 3.4 liter V6 engine, which may help you find other substitutes. The substitutes have worked fine for me and I see no reason to pay more for the Kohler oil filter. I can buy three Supertechs for the price of one Kohler. I change oil and filter at beginning of the season, when the oil has about 100 hours on it from previous season.

Rusty is real cute. He's such a comedian. But tweak him, and you'll find out what a thin skin he has. Best to just ignore him. Anyway, the 0024 Crank Extension is 1-1/8" x 3-5/32 (from the mounting datum). The 0036 Crank Extension is 1" x 3-5/32. In both cases there is a larger 1-1/4 diameter shoulder on the crankshaft approximately 3/4" before stepping down to the 1-1/8 or 1" dimension. If you order from Small Engine Suppliers be sure to tell them which crank extension you want, so you can match up properly with your existing pulleys and/or electric clutch.

A 31H777-0606-E2 isn't listed in the BRIGGS MANUAL, BUT A 31H777-0605-E2 is. Details are important! The basic series are the same and cranks and charging systems are interchanable. The thing is, the same model may have a 1/2 dozen different cranks, depending on the PTO "stub" dimensions. The main thing is to match the crank. IFthe replacement engine has a different charge system, swapping the flywheel & alternator is relatively simple

Hair spray actually used to be dangerous. The propellant used was vinyl chloride. It was hardest on barbers and hairdressers since they were around it all the time. The danger was a significantly increased risk of liver cancer. I think the show I watched was called the Chemical Revolution. There was also something in maybe the hair dye?? that caused a surprisingly high rate of bladder cancer in hairdressers. (Obviously this is not a commonly occurring cancer.) Be more specific about the work of the permit. Are you modifying the structure or the egress of the building? How old is the building? Do you know who designed it?

Usually an apartment or condo cannot have any work done requiring an engineer so I am not sure and I think you need an architect

Generally, for multi-family buildings if the work is structural you would need an engineer. For other kinds of code controlled work you would need an engineer or an architect.
