Euphorbia thorn deep in arm, help!

HU-145629435

I was clumsily closing my window when I got a Euphorbia trigona (African Milk Tree) thorn deep in my arm. The thorn pierced right through into my skin at a very slight angle and cannot be taken out with tweezers as it cannot be seen anymore and is very deep. It is painful but I am uninsured, and after messing with it for a while I make no progress. I read that it is very toxic, but am hesitant to go to the instacare because I'd rather pay rent. Does anyone have any experience with these thorns and if they are heavily toxic?
