Since you seem very focused on simply choosing the tile (and do not seem interested in changing anything else in this tiny space), I think that if you want something just to be an improvement over what you have, and you are worried about aesthetics, then you need to re-read my response above recommending that you take the hallway laminate sample to an actual tile store for help in person. I stand by my advice for a neutral, warm color with matching grout. And yes, I do agree that this bathroom is due for a total re-do. You have to actually SEE the tile in person. Even if you order from the internet, you should see a sample first. And your floor area is so very tiny, that almost any tile you choose will be reasonable in price. If price is a major concern, then perhaps you can also consider a simple, white solid sheet flooring. It would be easy to keep clean, and probably the easiest to install (I'm told).

Creating symmetry could help without adding a lot more items that could create a clutter vibe. You might consider rehanging the three octagon shelving pieces, one centered over each sofa cushion, placed to to form a slightly diagonal line with the smallest one at the high end and the add two new pieces -- higher over the left (aligned with where the first and second cushion meet) and lower than the diagonal line on the right (aligned where the middle and third cushion meet). Make these two newly added boxes or frames or decorative items of similar size and somehow relevant to each other, including the most dominant color. I don’t have opinions on all your questions but I do think the stone coffee tables are too flash, and wood is the way to go. I think you don’t need a dining room rug. It helps keep the space feeling airy to have the bare floor. Get a simple console. Maybe you‘ll want to reupholster your dining chairs someday, but I see no need to replace the whole set. Get rid of the torch floor lamp. If you want art upstairs put a big piece on wall of the upstairs hallway. Don’t put it on the overhang between the windows and the mezzanine. I never like gray, but that’s up to you. I like the present color of your rooms. I tend to like to do something unexpected and unique in decor, so I would be thinking about painting a slightly different color (or wallpapering) that one part of the ceiling that is the underside of the mezzanine balcony. In the end, I might decide against it. But it’s tempting to wonder what might be interesting and pretty as an accent
