I find it interesting that in an earlier comment it was mentioned that the slabs are stored outside. However immediately below is an answer from QM about whether their quartz can be used outside. I don't believe 93% quartz and 7% resin is the amount used in Breton technology. When I spoke to another company which makes quartz in China, I was told that they use the Samsung method and that it is not heated to the high degree that the Breton technology uses. I chose not to purchase the quartz made in China. Can Quartz Master be used outdoors? Please note that outdoor use of our products is not covered by our Lifetime Warranty. Quartz Master’s products have not been tested under prolonged exposure to UV rays. Unfortunately, installing our products outdoors will render our Lifetime Warranty null and void.

Tib, Natura should give you a freebie for sure. I am so grateful that you recommended it. Between my linen sheets, my Tempur mattress and my new pillow I sleep like a baby. I dread the thought of having to sleep anywhere but here. Cyn, so glad you ordered the Natura pillows. They are the most comfortable ever. After I bought mine I bought one for DH but he likes to smash and wad his pillow into a ball so I kept his. Using two of the pillows to read in bed is heaven. I hear you about the Kinzig lamp. I love mine and it looks great with the chairs but it isn't particularly good to read by as both bulbs are 60 watt max. MsRose, that pillow gets excellent reviews,but wow, 24 bucks for shipping? I think you would be extremely pleased with it but I think a Natura would be as good. Olliesmom, you got the deal of the century! I am going to go to the site and see what's up with it, maybe I will get a deal too.

@hilborn What did you decide? I have same concern. I love the MSI Monaco, but am worried about quality. I have a Hanstone and Caesarstone selected as well, but prefer the MSI. The price difference is not a factor, but don't want an inferior product.

@Szasta Hi! Did you get the new countertop installed yet? I JUST got back from the stone yard and picked Calacatta Ultra for our new kitchen counters. What you went through was awful and I was scared for a second reading all the posts in the thread but it sounds like yours was a special mistake situation and I am glad they are fixing it for you - and I'm gonna try and not worry about my kitchen counters :))) BTW - I saw the slabs in person and it is STILL difficult to know if it truly the pure white I want. The slab was partially covered in film and was dirty. So annoying. Keeping fingers crossed it all works out. Please post a pic of the corrected stone/countertop if you have had it installed!
