It reminds me-when I had to walk alone for a longer time somewhere I know and it's night for example so nothing to be seen much, and one just tries to shorten the distance, yes? I'd recite a poem. It was always the same poem. Quite a long one. Somehow I picked it to be my imaginary..companion on a road at night. Sometimes I'd tell to myself "If I go fast, it will take five poems.." These flowers would be my imaginary companion when trying to climb these stairs:) Much like that poem. Just visual. Not auditory. Interesting.. (I'd fall anyway at some point, on these steep stairs but at least I'd be among flowers. I guess)

If you truly use a "removable wallpaper" like one from grahambrown.com -you paste the wall not the paper which makes it easy to hang and will save you considerable time and effort when you change it as their papers simply peels off....making it an awesome choice for apartment renters. I love this product.

None of the above. Pre-pasted is OK, but you will want to apply paste anyway, so it doesn't really matter either way. Peel and stick will do half of what it promises, after a little while it will peel off, and not stick, plus, as Hallett just posted, it's nearly impossible to apply well.

Your bed IS the accent in this room. It will be easy to take it into "gaudy" instead of "glam" if you're not careful. How about silk in the brown of that lampshade? I would improve the rug with a flokati or a Persian that is in scale with the bed itself, but first I question the layout of the room. Care to show us more photos of all four walls? I know Houzzers will help you glam it up.
