Maybe wallpaper on the walls.

Nothing looks cheaper than slatted blinds. The panels can add a lot of softness and movement to your room if you choose a pattern. Then you can pull the lightest color from the curtains to put on the wall.

There is absolute zero need for a matched table. We have no clue the size of the room or the size of the table.......do we? : ) Show a pic of the existing space, some dining rooms you love as inspo pics too. What's your floor? Will you have a rug?
