A narrow entry door is also a limiting factor. Is the exterior door from sunroom wider? Usually exterior doors are 36” wide. So that gives a way in. Plus, some of the swivel bases can be removed which would help. I can’t be sure without careful measurements. I would prefer a cozy love seat and one swivel chair. For several reasons. First, your “line of sight” coming into this room is looking at shorter wall. That is your focal point wall. The cozy loveseat you can curl up on with a book, would be my choice. Then perhaps a “C” table near the loveseat with an arc lamp that can be positioned over reading spot. Add art on that wall. Then you could position two compact chairs for added seating across from that piece. Small drink tables and that’s it. Might add cute small ottoman that could act as small table with a small tray when needed. Just depends on how you realistically will use this room.

We need pics of th space and also a to scale floor plan showing every window , doorway and where the doorways lead .every measurement clearly marked like the windows doorways etc too Is this a TV room ? I dislike unmatched soafs in a space I do often in a large space do 2 matching sofs in leather and then 2 chairs in a fabric that works with the leather . Are some of theusers kids? If so ottomans to match the chairs can do double duty foot rsts for whan not in use as seats and seats for kids . I like the look of beches we have used one in our LR now to devide a big space for 2 seating areas and one in our very small LR in our old house

I have a MCM home and I love that style . I agree MCM type furniture is a must. I am not sure but if you meant removing the steps up to the kitchen IMO a bad idea. To me the space with the sofa almost looks like a sun room Maybe post the whole floor plan here in a comment DO not Strat another post.. All those windows will need some kind of glare cintrol itf the TV is going there . I like solar shades for that ourpose since thye allow you to keep the view . I find 12' wide rooms awkward for furniture placement so I need that whole house floor plan and you need to wait until you are in before buying much at all. Yes we need info for sure . Anything to do with this space is now dealt with in comments here .

I attached the full downstairs floor plan. We use the den as a home office. The TV is 65” (of course my husband had to get a bigger one for a smaller space!). We are a family of 5 so would be great to at least be able to have seating for 5.
