Does she like navy-ish gray-blue? Paint downspouts to match the surface they are in front of. I would do the horizontal siding in the dark blue and the vertical in white. You could add blue shutters to the two windows in front with white trim. The red brick could be whitewashed if she doesn't like it with these colors but the blue would be nice.

I find grays difficult and really don't like living in gray rooms. IMO Boothbay Bay gray is dark. You would also have to paint that gold wall Boothbay Gray. Your room doesn't lend itself to an accent wall because there isn't any on wall that flat without added corners. Plus why would you accent a wall that is hidden by the entertainment center. Why gray? You have gray furniture and rug.

You have to decide what type of MCM you want to follow. Florida and Southern California MCM will be influenced by Caribbean and desert colors. Other parts of the country are influenced by more earthen tones. If it were me, I'd go in the Florida direction because that is where this house is located. I'm a believer climate driven colors. In Florida, they are reflective colors rather than colors that absorb heat. Below is a Palm Springs home. Note the desert influence. Personally, I like the second and third Florida pictures. Grey roof and trim with a softer white body. You don't have any rock trim to drive a decision. You do have the opportunity to go wild with that front door. I'd match a pink flaming paint for the front door.
