I'm not understanding the scale of the photo. Those barstools don't look bar height and I don't see how they are practical. I would use the bar for mixing drinks but get a cafe table in front of it for the stools. I think you need to replace the wall art with a large vertical poster on each wall in the corner to create a space that feels like a room within a room. your walls and ceiling should all be painted a fresh white. start with that. you have a nice sized opening for a fridge . I might go and get a french door fridge that fits better. Upgrade the ceiling light and fan fixture in the main room. that one looks old. heres a nicer newer fixture for the main room what type of dwelling is this..no operative windows in kitchen/dinette zone??? I only see maybe one ceiling return for that whole section??? does the HVAC need update? Have you thought of opening up the wall and installing a window? Maybe some "whole house infrastructure improvements " can go on a list that you can do over time. Paint is not difficult or very costly for now, if you have limited funds.

I would organize. Choose the most attractive bottles, put them in some nice array on the shelf above the sink, the rest can go in the cupboard. You could consider getting a collection of old crystal bottles for your spirits. Either take the sink out or clean it up so it looks like you might use it. The shelf above dedicate to organized glasses. Why are the shelves all cut out like that? I might look for some glass to put on each C so you have a full shelf. There appears to be one super high C can you get a piece of shelving to again fill it in, it appeas there was some sort of a bracket on each side. What's that about?
