Best time to transplant Norway Spruce, Holly, Dogwood Zone 7

When is the best time of year to transplant these trees in Zone 7 (Maryland)?

10 foot Norway Spruce

10 foot Holly (Nellie Stevens)

12 foot Dogwood

also moving a 10-foot crepe myrtle to a sunnier area of the yard though that would be its second transplant.

I've read that the best time for Dogwoods is early spring. same for conifers - the earliest i could do it now would be early November.

And I've heard the same for Hollies. Would the answer for all be early spring? or would any of them do just as well in early November? thanks.
