what do you mean by replace the stone? can you tear it off to expose the existing brick? I imagine the stone was adhered with mortar so not sure what the condition of the brick will be once removed. I’m thinking a lot of the other design elements will greatly depend on what you can do here with the stone/brick combo.

I would probably just replace the siding altogether to get rid of the accents and choose a more inspiring color.

Well this is a very good example of why downspouts shouldn't be painted out as trim- they are not architectural elements and shouldn't be highlighted as such. The big problem here is that the façade (front) of the house was remodeled but the original brick and siding was left on the side, so you're seeing a mishmash and all of these elements would too much for me to think through, I have the same concerns you have so I'd keep looking for another house, you don't need to settle for something you don't like.

I would get rid of the fake stone. Paint the brown trim to match the white. Get rid of the arch while you are at it. If you can't get brick, match the lap siding on the side of the second floor.

So remove the faux tudor trim remove the stone veneer but I think repacing the brick could be an issue of matching brick but that will need to be checked out first You could just remove the stone and add siding and then do something like this to work with the brick, Change the garage doors to something like this too

Thank you everyone for your suggestions! As much as we wanted to take on the project, we have decided to not purchase the home. Realized we were trying too hard to make it work. we we’re trying to overlook the many things we had to fix but the exterior we could not get over.
