A house with wood floors and white trim can use almost any wall color. The only piece of the puzzle I can't see are the 'white granite' counters you mention. I wouldn't select paint color until you have at least a sample of the counter, and the backsplash to go with it. There are many whites and some will look better with your materials than others. Many people (and even some designers) try to put warm whites like White Dove with everything, but they don't look that good with blue-grays like Carrara. But as far as Light French Gray, it can lean blue in some lighting conditions. Whatever you consider, you'll want to try large sample areas on the wall before you decide. Another thing, if you haven't already - I'd remove all those window treatments (esp in kitchen) to let in as much light as possible. Consider roller shades or cell shades instead, things that can mostly be all the way up or down as needed. Avoid plantation shutters, their frames block 30% of the light, even when tilted open. Place a couple mirrors opposite a window to reflect more light in to the space. If the wiring is easily accessible, you might add a few can lights to the kitchen ceiling.

Hey Lisa, Grizzle Gray has some warm green undertones, which is a good thing based on the decision to keep your warm toned trim throughout the house. Since I wanted to find something in the same realm, I came up with the options, all with warm undertones and lighter than Grizzle Grey to give you a nice contrast. First is Gray Clouds, second is Reflection, and third is Olympus White. And I would choose between either Reflection or Olympus White, not both. These are all Sherwin Williams paints so they should be of the same quality as Grizzle Gray. Also, I think adding a wallpaper in the dining room could be fun and interesting and they have tons of beautiful removable wallpapers or temporary wallpapers on the market these days. I would love to see how it turned out. We're doing a very similar renovation. So far our walls are alabaster and we've only purchased lower cabinets. I painted them Mindful Gray (BM). We just purchased our counter tops yesterday and they are unfinished butcher block. So now I'm panicking on what stain to use on them (our floors are Allen + Roth Russet Oak Laminate). I don't want the floors & counter tops to be too matchy and I'm considering just oiling them without staining. So many decisions!
