Comments (8)I think it really depends on whether homes are selling fast in your neighborhood these days. And perhaps it depends on how "un-neutral" or "doesn't-make-sense" your current paint colors are. I wouldn't spend thousands to prep a house for sale, but that might be because of where I live, (HCOL) where homes are selling like hotcakes and there is low inventory.
