Thank you Chibimimi. I love that sconce, bit it may be a bit too minimalist for us. I did go back to the lighting store yesterday and found a chandy with some bling. Hadn't noticed before. Guess I was a bit overwhelmed on the first visit, kwim? And I wasn't really sold on the idea of adding bling in the mix. I also chose a couple of other paint samples, BM Big Bend Beige and Annapolis Gray for consideration. Getting there. Here is the chandy. Sorry I don't know how to post more than one pic from my iPad and I am too lazy to use my photobucket. I also now a bit torn on whether to use a mix of knobs and pulls on the cabs or just all pulls. I found some gorgeous mission style pulls on Rejuvenation hardware yesterday and they are on sale. I need 14. Thoughts anyone?

Thanks for the response. We have no issues with privacy, none of the neighbors can see into our backyard/windows so a bigger window should be totally fine. I do like the idea of adding the door to the bathroom between the shower and vanity vs entering the entire bathroom from the bedroom (via barn door currently). I haven't decided on a door for the shower, but potentially a glass door. Thinking ahead, since we have a toddler that roams the house and another some day in future, is a door swinging towards a glass shower door an ok idea?? We will definitely remove the soffit so we can have the mirror higher. At 6'6'' my poor husband can't even look in the mirror without squatting down right now. There are two can lights in the soffit and two bar lights above the mirror currently. I'd like to keep some recessed lighting in the bathroom and add one in the shower. I like the idea of the scones as well. The sinks are just at 4'' from each wall leaving a huge space in the middle for collecting junk. I think moving them closer would look better. Yes, we plan on converting the tub/shower combo to a shower only. We have other tubs in the house. Any advice on a linear drain? I like the idea of them, but have only just started to research.

Kudos for putting a plan together ahead of time. I’m always shocked when someone posts “painters coming tomorrow and I need a paint color”! Paint should be easy to pick, since it’s the last thing you do. It’s. Or always easy to pick before everything is in the room, though. Lighting and interaction between tile walls and tile floors, etc. can’t always be predicted. You should be able to see how the tile and countertop look against the paint sample, though. I’d get a sample pot so you can paint a large sample on a board (foam or drywall). Paint looks different the bigger it gets.

To answer questions, I was able to add more pictures. Here is where the chandelier will hang. It is centered in the room. This is looking into the bath from center entry between closets on left and right. The room is roughly 20ft left to right, with shower and my vanity at opposite ends, and 12 ft from the entry to the back wall alcove where the tub will sit. The blue tape is stuck to the mount where the light will hang, and is 36" long just to see proportions. My husband standing under it is still a few feet from his head (he is 6'3"). Ceilings are all sots of height as you can tell but roughly 10-12' max. The chandelier above is L29w29xH32.5. Or they have a smaller one 25x25x28. Which size?? Oh and I don't have pic of the vanity as they are covered. But the suggested pics above of dark vanities is spot on color. My larger vanity is to the right here buried under the ladder etc.!
