Best access to a huge attic in new build?

Hi Houzz Community! We’re building a new home, and the attic space is turning out to be enormous. The open spaces make a huge “t” shape of at least 1000 sq feet with 6-8 ft ceilings. We also have a large beautiful window up there with mountain views, and our builder has made fun secret cubbies in the smaller kids' closets for ladder access to the attic, too.

We already have pull-down attic stairs in our plans, but we’re brainstorming about more useable access so our young kids (4 so far, maybe more to come) can use it as a wide open play space for the next 15 years or so.

Where in this floor plan would you put a ladder, ship’s stairs, or a spiral staircase to make accessing it for the neighborhood kids / guests / our own children as “normal” as possible? (“Hi, our playroom is up these pull down stairs—it’s totally fine!”)

Thanks for your help!
