Not a very exciting brick. Consider Romabio specialty masonry paint or whitewash. If you can find the same style of brick, you my be able to replace the dated fans with matching brick before changing the brick color. The landscape is where you can make a big difference for next spring.

Did you already select your roof color?

We are leaning towards driftwood with is more of a dark charcoal color.

Maybe a medium grey roof that is not too dark. The fans above the windows are what is dating the house. I understand not wanting to paint the brick. I would try to pick a dark match in the brick an paint the fans, to help those disappear. A more expensive and tricky solution would be to get them removed and bricked in. For the accent, a darker greyed green like the siding in the first picture, or sage like the second picture. Trim, a light greyed green. I prefer the over all effect of the first example. Because of the pitch of the room, it all looks like one piece of the puzzle, if you know what I mean. Most of all, add landscaping. Even with the changes, the house will be too one dimensional. The landscaping will bring it to life.
