Dog Behavior Help, Please

We just adopted a 6 year old male standard poodle. We already have an 8 year old female standard. We knew the new boy had some "issues", but nothing we couldn't handle. For the most part all is going well. The female established dominance right away! The problem I'm having and don't know how to handle is reactive barking! These two bark at anything that moves or doesn't!! They go on and on and on. They feed off each other. I have tried to redirect the female and it works sometimes but other times they just go right back at it. I've tried ignoring them but they are VERY loud!

So, any advise from anyone who may have experienced this with your own dogs?
