My friend is adding a ceiling fan and receptacle to a screen porch. Would this need a GFCI breaker or just a GFCI outlet? Since this would be a damp location, and not require wet rated fixture, does the lighting need to be GFCI protected?

I forgot to ask but I am hoping he purchased a damp location fan.
