Suitable sealant to apply to osb subfloor after mold remediation?

I’ve been planning reno off/on of an 18 year old bathroom. Limited demo (i.e. remove linoleum and 1/4” underlayment) already done and RMR-86 (removed stain) and RMR-141 (kill mold & inhibit further mold growth) were used to remediate. RMR-86 left a strong caustic chlorine bleach smell many times stronger than the smell left by Tilex.

My goals: 1) Seal the strong chlorine bleach smell and 2) Leave behind mildewcide or something that will inhibit mold growth. I have purchased Kilz Mold & Mildew but concerned that it may leave yet another unbearable smell. Regardless, is there a sealant (primer or non-primer) that can be recommended for use on an osb subfloor in a bathroom that should address that chemical smell and act as an inhibitor for mold?

Any recommendations from PROs or those who have had to remediate and seal small areas of mold on osb within bathrooms and/or kitchens will be appreciated!

Note:

  1. The smell is so strong - it persists despite the floor being completely dry for almost one week - it is entirely apparent with the bathroom door closed. I am considering sealing it back off with plastic sheeting until I can do full demo, it is that strong.
  2. There is no window in the bathroom, only have an exhaust vent.
  3. I have read about Kilz Kitchen and Bath and Kilz Restoration/Max, although one doesn’t seem appropriate for a subfloor nor odor reduction and the other doesn’t seem appropriate for the purposes of a mildewcide.
  4. I anticipate the need to remediate the osb subfloor beneath the tub as well once full demo commences given floor affected and already remediated is immediately adjacent to the tub.
