Colour advice for garage door, front door, brick?

I am painting my exterior brick and wanted some help on colours. I want to try to get as much of a midcentury modern vibe as possible.

I’m also changing my front door style; it will be a modern 4 panel glass door- matching my garage style (if this helps give you the full style).

I was thinking of painting my garage darker to match my window trim (Windswept colour by Gentek). Do I paint the trim above my garage door the same or different?

What colour should I paint my front door? Orange, Teal, Cedarwood stain, Lime green or neutral and match the garage door colour?

Great question. I missed that key point. It will be a warm grey similar to the trim above the garage. It’s the colour all around the house and entryway.

I don't think that any brown will look right with that black roof. I would probably paint it all in a warm cream color that coordinates with the brick.

It is hard. It’s a big investment. The main design of your home is a mix of styles so personal choice. The wood garage doors and trims are a bit trendy and not cheap so prefer paint rather than the wood. But if using wood, cedar is best with good stain protection. It does require more maintenance. And using it on Gar doors and posts are help integrate them. A little split rail decorative fence on left side of yard would help balance the look. Nice mock ups!!

We need to remove brick under bay window because it’s falling off, but the rest is ok. We’d like to replace it with something else and paint the red brick to match whatever material we use, possibly charcoal to bring out the dark in roof. Thinking either vinyl stacked stone siding, vertical siding or vinyl shake siding. Also should we do the whole window wall or just under window. I’d love to keep garage door & front door red but give it a fresh coat.

I would not paint the brick. The brick is what makes your house stand out and I do not like grays or blues with brick.Do the siding the same as the window trim and you could do the garage door the same . Then go to work with landscaping that will up the MCM look much more than paunting the brick.

Thank-you. Do you know how I can clean up the brick? Some parts are faded from the shutters the were there. I don’t like that the brick looks faded in some areas and new and fresh in others.
