Comments (6)Oh my gosh! I tried to get "Pearly Gates" earlier from RU and it wasn't available! As a matter of fact, I posted a question on the forum asking people to compare Pearly Gates to Compassion because I couldn't decide which to get. The question was "Pearly Gates or Compassion?" and some posters initially thought I was asking whether to SP a rose (send it to the "pearly gates"!) or save it ("compassion") - it was pretty funny! Anyway, I ended up getting Compassion and Polka instead but I think I may have to put ol' Pearly Gates back on the list after seeing yours (that America looks pretty good to me, too, hmmmmmm) Beautiful clematis and sure wish they grew here! Comments (10)Thank you all so much. Pearly Gates was my first rose and has given me great confidence and your compliments are so appreciated! Kousa - I will post a close up when the next one opens. They have an apricot colored center that fades to light pink quickly. It's a warm, alluringly peachy light pink that has a glow to it....See MorePearly Gates vs. Heavenly White MG
Comments (12)Yes, that is what I was thinking, too. I went and pulled out my Moonflower Vine seeds and my older Pearly Gates and they look just like the Pearly Gates. I will plant and see what comes up. Geesh, I was sooooo excited to get a new white one. Thanks for your help, Ronnie! p.s. How did you do the smiley face?!?...See MoreRaeAnna
