I'd keep the door as is and paint the faux brick. I'm normally against painting brick, but (a) it's faux, and (b) it looks to be pinky beige (and I have a personal bias against pinky beige and feel it is a hard color to work with).

it's more like a very warm dark gray.... brownish really. I'm worried if I paint it white it wont match my siding as my siding is more of an off white. also keeping it clean may be an issue as well.

anyone else have any thoughts?

I know it's a funny example.. but if I did do the brick in a dark charcoal what do you think of this??

I'm in the never paint brick camp because it's just a maintenance hassle. Working with what you have, sage green would be pretty for the door; it coordinates with the peachy brick. (Runner up: Smokey Blue-Grey to coordinate back to the roofing.) When you do eventually change the roof, pick a color that coordinates with the brick so they look like they are more brothers than distant cousins. As the landscaping matures, you'll be on the right track.

I agree 1000% with Legacy Roofing on not painting the faux brick. The black makes it stand out far more than it does currently.

Let’s step back here. What would make your home look its best? If you keep your black shutters (which look crisp against your siding), then I would think of painting your brick a light to medium gray. (You want it to be invisible.). And your door a deep, rich red. It is a classic combination. It might not be a blue or a green, but it would look great!
