Hello,

I am seeking advice for tile placement. The photos below show my kitchen before and at the point it is now. The wall cabinets will be replaced. It's somewhat hard to see in the photos, but the previous white subway tile carried from the cook-top wall, approximately 32" in height, around to the wall with the hanging cabinets. It was on both sides of the window.

After months of searching for tile that will go with the existing cream cabinets, a lighter cream island and the dark charcoal Cambria perimeter counters, I have chosen Ann Sacks Savoy Ribbed in Ricepaper (last photos).

On the range wall, my thoughts are to run the tile from the counter-top to ceiling. The counter-top ends where the new refrigerator will be installed and the pot-filler will not be replaced.

I am seeking input on where the tile should be installed on the sink wall. There needs to be some back-splash where the counter and wall meet. Help?
