Need help with exterior paint colors please!
Comments (19)you have a lot going on w/diff textures. what's the wood above the largest garage? is that staying? doesn't seem to go w/anything what about the brick? Could you do Romabio on it? if you do, you could literally pick any color. Another poster on here had a similar house. they limed the brick (Romabio Masonry can be tinted any color) and did the other colors Isn't this an awesome after photo? notice the wood posts, copper awnings, new lighting, (I would have done carriage hardware on these garage doors, and replaced the faux victorian door, but the color is nice) That red brick is restricting your color choices. White dove would be very similar to the trim color you ahve. I would go darker. dark charcoals, navy, soft black, all look great w/red brick and the wood garage doors Urbane bronze on the trim, and a gray siding would get you this one. but the windows are also a dark bronze. trim yours dark if you want this look red brick w/what looks like Swiss Coffee and maybe SW Anonymous? Dorian Gray? I like how the gables are darker than the rest of the house. this one is a greenish gray trim, and a lighter griege base color...See MoreNeed help with exterior paint colors for brick and trim
Comments (15)We are thinking about having the beams and post painted to look like wood. it will all be wrapped in hardy which we chose for the easy maintenace. My husband has been researching techniques how to get the wood look. We’ll go ahead n paint all the trim white similar to what we already have with white gutters and keep the white trim on the windows. He’s also researching stsining the brick instead of painting. Do you think a gray color would look good? SW light french gray or go darker? Thank you!...See Moreneed help choosing exterior paint colors
Comments (9)it be helpful if you gave us a list of colors they do approve, rather than us spending time suggesting colors that are off limits. (can't belive that baby poo brown next door is approved but a creamy white is not??? ) ditto garage doors. can those be painted? what colors? agree to the big mushroom cloud bush being trimmed or removed. it covers half your front...See MoreI need help with exterior paint colors.
Comments (1)The house looks very nice, just like it is, I would not go darker. Unless, it really needs paint, I would only do touch ups if needed. I would add some inviting looking furniture to that front porch. It looks a bit lonely and not an inviting place to sit. Its a beautiful porch, play that up, for your buyers. Make it something they will remember, with rugs and plants, and comfortable colorful furniture....See MoreBellgirl
