Looking for Coffee Table Style Recommendations

Hi all!

I would greatly appreciate some help on selecting a coffee table for my small apartment living room. The blue bench + wooden stool have been functioning as a pseudo-table set up but am ready to get an actual coffee table to replace them.

As the picture shows, I have a lot of warm, caramel tones and feel like it would be good to break that up. I personally prefer rectangular tables but will be open-minded to suggestions :)

At a loss on what would work. Black wood? White? Glass? Thanks for any help!

LOVE your plants! I think a coffee table the same wood as your tv stand would look good. Could be glass topped or wood.

My husband loves that mirror and I agree it probably needs to be in our dining room instead, I'm trying to figure out a happy medium. I'm just now diving into a tiny bit of contemporary design. Our home is structurally Mediterranean, so it's been a slight challenge. I appreciate the feedback!
