I don’t think it’s meaningless, the purpose of an analogy is to explain something in a way for someone to better understand. An example...”Life is a box of chocolates...you never know what you’re gonna get.” With that said, of course people are entitled to their own opinion but it can be expressed in a respectful way. I think the brand names listed here are pretty spot on (price point included) and am not disparaging anyone. I’ve seen more than one thread, asking about furniture brands and level of quality and I genuinely thought this would help. I could never afford the top tier brands brand new, I can only dream.
