White paint on stucco turning yellow

Help! Our 20 year old house is stucco and has not been painted until now. Our painter power washed our house and followed all the appropriate steps before beginning to paint. So far he has rolled on 2 coats of top quality PPG paint In a shade of white. It starts off looking beautiful and then as days go by, it begins to yellow. The pictures I posted do not really show the yellow that well. At it’s worst, it would be described as a yellow/green. My painter, the owner of the paint store as well as a rep from PPG are all baffled as to why this is happening. it Is most prevalent at the cut in but is not isolated to just those areas. It is also showing up in areas that are protected from the elements as well as on some of the wood. So far, they have tried primer as well as color stain and nothing is working. Another interesting piece of the puzzle to note, no yellowing appears on the bottom 2 feet of the house and the back side has very little compared to the front. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this and how we can resolve it? The first photo is a before picture. Please help!! Thank you!
